The deluxe room was spacious and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, the lack of staff presence was disappointing. During my stay, we encountered issues with requesting extra bedding, as our messages via the iPad were ignored. Additionally, the location, while quiet, was a bit far from major attractions, requiring longer walks to get to public transportation.

Our stay was very nice! The Standard Family Room was spacious with two double beds, a comfy sofa, and a large dining table that fit all three of us perfectly. Plus, the combined washer and dryer was a game changer, especially after days of exploring!

Oh my gosh, the Family Room was seriously spacious and had, like, the cozy vibes we needed! The big shower was a total win after our daily Tokyo adventures, and we loved that the supermarket was just around the corner for snacks. Had an awesome time with friends! The family room was spacious enough for all of us. We loved being just a short walk from local stores and enjoyed visits to nearby attractions like Asakusa and Ueno Park. Super convenient for grabbing supplies and snacks too!

We encountered some issues with getting extra bedding. When we requested it through the iPad, no one responded, and there wasn't any staff around to help.

The check-in was super quick and our room was just right for the three of us. We loved that there was a supermarket nearby for snacks. It was nice to relax at the small library area and the rooftop terrace provided a lovely view. The only small downside was that we had to walk a bit to get to the nearest train line, but it wasn't a big deal at all. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Minn Ueno Iriya! The Family Room was spacious, accommodating four adults and a child comfortably. The kitchenette with a stovetop and refrigerator made meals easy, and the separate bathroom was a nice touch. A large dining table was perfect for family meals, and the washing machine was super useful after a day of exploring Tokyo.

The nearest metro station lacked an elevator, which was tricky with kids.
